Here we go! Brighton have agreed a contract with a new head coach

After the dismissal of Roberto De Zerbi as head coach of Brighton, the club continued to search for a new manager and engaged in active negotiations with various candidates. One of the latest contenders was the coach of German club St. Pauli, Fabian Hürzeler.
Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, Brighton has agreed on all terms with the German specialist and is ready to announce him as their new coach. The Italian journalist added his famous tagline, "Here we go."
Upon signing the contract with Brighton, Hürzeler will become the youngest manager in Premier League history, taking the position at the age of 31.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the German's contract with the English club is set to last until 2027, and the teams have agreed on a compensation payment, the amount of which has not yet been disclosed.
Fabian Hürzeler has been managing St. Pauli since 2022, and this is his first club as a head coach. Under his leadership, the club became the champion of the 2. Bundesliga and earned promotion to the top division of German football. In the national cup, St. Pauli reached the quarter-finals, where they were eliminated by Düsseldorf in a penalty shootout.
It is also worth noting that Roberto De Zerbi does not plan to remain unemployed and is actively negotiating with French club Marseille.
