The qualifying campaign has ended early for the 25-year-old defender.
Details: Today it was announced that 25-year-old England and Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guéhi has left the Three Lions' camp and will miss the final group stage match against Albania.

Reports indicate that Guéhi has not fully recovered from the ankle injury he sustained on November 6 in the Conference League match against AZ Alkmaar. After consulting with the medical staff, the coaching team decided not to risk Guéhi’s health in a match that holds no significance and allowed him to return to his club for further treatment.
Guéhi is expected to be back on the pitch by the end of November.
England’s next match is away against Albania on October 16. However, for Thomas Tuchel’s side, the result won’t matter as they have already secured direct qualification for the World Cup.
This season, Guéhi has made 18 appearances, scoring 1 goal and providing 3 assists.
