Haaland reaches incredible milestone! Norwegian goal machine scores 300th club career goal
Erling Haaland continues to rewrite the history of world football. The Manchester City striker reached the remarkable milestone of 300 club career goals by scoring in the Premier League third-round match against Coventry.
The historic moment came in the 26th minute. The Norwegian forward met Semenyo’s cross and fired the ball into the net to open the scoring. The goal was Haaland’s 300th at club level.
The Norwegian needed spells at four clubs to reach the milestone. He scored 20 goals for Molde, 29 for Red Bull Salzburg, found the net 86 times for Borussia Dortmund and has already scored 165 goals for Manchester City.
Haaland’s overall tally has therefore reached 300 goals. The Norwegian striker continues to score at an incredible rate and is moving ever closer to the historic achievements of world football.
It should be added that Manchester City lead Coventry 1-0 at half-time. Haaland has scored the only goal of the match so far, marking his historic milestone.
