Guinea's Paulo Duarte aims for a clean sweep this evening against Kenya

Paulo Duarter has disclosed their 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers are must wins matches for his team.

Duarte's Guinea face Kenya this evening at home and the coach said the display against South Africa in the 2-1 loss is needed for them to win against the Harambee Stars.

"We have to play every match to win. I told my players there are three ways for us to qualify: Get 18 points, which is 6 wins; get 5 wins plus goal difference. We have to win all 5 matches; we have no choice," said Duarte, as per Africa Sports.

“And frankly, I myself am a little surprised by the quality and attitude of our team in the match in South Africa. We gave a fantastic response, so that gives me extreme confidence.”
