Girona has announced the signing of Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek.
The 27-year-old midfielder has signed a four-year contract with the Catalan club, lasting until 2028.
Reports indicate that the transfer fee for the Dutchman will be around 4-5 million euros, contingent on performance-based bonuses such as the number of matches played. The total amount could increase depending on additional achievements.
Van de Beek spent the second half of last season on loan at German club Eintracht Frankfurt.
Additionally, Girona has officially received permission to participate in the UEFA Champions League.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United has finalized a deal for Bologna's top scorer Joshua Zirkzee.
