Finally! Ronaldo and Mané set to rejoin Al-Nassr's full squad today
Al-Nassr fans can breathe a sigh of relief: the team's main attacking forces are back in action.
Details: According to Arriyadiyah, the club's Portuguese doctor Carlos Miguel has officially cleared Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mané to resume full training with the squad starting today, March 29.
Both players have successfully completed their rehabilitation and recovery programs following recent injuries. The medical staff closely monitored the recovery progress of the star forwards to minimize the risk of relapse ahead of the decisive stretch of the season. Now, head coach Jorge Jesus can fully rely on his leaders as he prepares the team for the next round.
The return of Ronaldo and Mané couldn't have come at a better time. The duo is expected to be fully fit and ready to take the pitch in the upcoming match against Al-Najma, scheduled for Friday, April 3.
Reminder: Former US national team player explained why Cristiano Ronaldo shouldn't consider a move to MLS.
