Details: According to journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Endrick has informed Real Madrid of his desire to leave the club. The 20-year-old Brazilian, who returned to Madrid after a sparkling loan spell at Lyon, still hasn’t received any guarantees of playing time under Jose Mourinho and is now actively seeking a way out himself.

Roma remain the frontrunners for the striker: sporting director Tiago D’Amico has personally flown to Madrid to negotiate a loan deal with an option to buy, and possibly a buy-back clause for Real. The Madrid club, however, are playing hardball—Endrick’s contract runs until 2029, and Los Blancos would prefer a straight loan without any purchase option. The situation is further fueled by the fact that Real are on the verge of a record-breaking signing of Yann Diomande, which would make the battle for attacking spots even fiercer.
