Fans want Steven Gerrard to replace Jürgen Klopp

When Jürgen Klopp announced his decision to depart Liverpool at the end of the season, it sent shockwaves throughout the global sports community. Discussions regarding his successor are intensifying.

Yet, among Liverpool fans, a poll involving over 2,000 participants revealed their top choice for Klopp's replacement – club legend Steven Gerrard. He garnered 41% of the 2039 votes.

Currently managing Al-Ettifaq in Saudi Arabia, Steven Gerrard is revered as one of Liverpool's all-time favorite players alongside Kenny Dalglish. Previously, he coached Aston Villa for less than a year and, before that, led Rangers to their first Scottish Premiership title in a decade.

The poll also asked respondents about the qualities they most desired in the next Liverpool manager. Tactics, experience, and flexibility were deemed most important, followed by a track record of winning major trophies and the ability to identify and nurture young talents.
