Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has finally embarked on his much-anticipated vacation following the end of the season. The football star posted a photo with his friends on his Instagram page.
Haaland shared a picture posing alongside his friends on a golf course. He reposted it from the Instagram story of his Norwegian national teammate Sander Berge, who is also enjoying the getaway with Erling.
According to the geotag in the photo, the group is spending their holiday in Marbella, Spain.
As a reminder, Haaland and Manchester City failed to find success at the FIFA Club World Cup, suffering a shock defeat in the Round of 16 to Saudi side Al Hilal. As a result, Pep Guardiola's squad finished the season without a trophy for the first time in years.
City managed only a third-place finish in the Premier League, were knocked out in the Champions League Round of 16 by Real Madrid, and also lost the FA Cup final to Crystal Palace.
It's worth noting that Haaland played four matches at the Club World Cup, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
