Curtis Jones once again finds himself needing to prove his future remains at Anfield.
Details: According to TEAMtalk, Nottingham Forest have made an approach for Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones. However, the Merseysiders are not willing to let the player go on the cheap and are demanding £40 million for him.
Inter’s interest in the 25-year-old Englishman remains strong. Reports suggest Jones himself is open to a possible move to Serie A if his playing time at Liverpool does not improve.
Meanwhile, former Liverpool striker Emile Heskey believes the club shouldn’t part ways with the midfielder. According to him, Jones still has the quality to break into Andoni Iraola’s starting XI.
It’s worth noting that, according to Transfermarkt, Curtis Jones’s transfer value is estimated at €35 million, and his contract with Liverpool runs until summer 2027.
Reminder: An unusual transfer. Liverpool and Crystal Palace could pull off an extraordinary deal.
