Kyle Walker has officially announced his retirement from international football, drawing the curtain on his playing days with the England national team.

Details: The 35-year-old England defender leaves the national side boasting an impressive 96 caps. Throughout his tenure, Walker established himself as a cornerstone in the backline under several managers.

Kyle's international resume includes appearances at five major tournaments, featuring World Cups and European Championships. He was an integral part of the squads that reached the finals of Euro 2021 and Euro 2024, as well as the side that battled to the 2018 World Cup semi-finals.

The English Football Association and his teammates have already expressed their gratitude to the veteran for his years of service.
