DR Congo Super Fan “Lumumba Vea” Cleared to Rejoin Team in Mexico Ahead of Colombia Clash

DR Congo’s well-known super fan Michel Nkuka Mboladinga, popularly called “Lumumba Vea,” has reportedly resolved his visa issues and is set to return to the World Cup in Mexico.

The fan favorite missed DR Congo’s 1-1 draw against Portugal because of health and travel complications tied to Ebola protocols in DR Congo, which led to a 21-day isolation period and delayed his entry into the United States.

According to multiple reports, he is expected to rejoin the DR Congo delegation ahead of their crucial group match against Colombia on June 23.
