Disaster. Real Madrid concedes 76 goals across all 2024/25 competitions and matches anti-record

Real Madrid hosts Mallorca in the 36th round of La Liga on Wednesday, May 14. And the start of the match could hardly have gone any worse.
Details: In the 11th minute, Real conceded a goal to their opponents, equaling a longstanding anti-record. According to Opta, Madrid’s side has now let in 76 goals across all competitions this season. This is their highest tally since the 2003/04 campaign, when they also conceded 76 goals.
Furthermore, this is the second-worst defensive record among all La Liga teams this season—only Real Valladolid has conceded more, with 92 goals allowed.
On the eve of the match, it was reported that the investigating court of San Bartolomé de Tirajana filed charges against Real Madrid player Raúl Asensio and three other footballers from the club’s youth squad.
Recall: For the first time this season, all tickets for a match day at Santiago Bernabéu were not sold out. Around ten thousand remain available for purchase.
