During the third round of the FA Cup, Manchester City hosted Huddersfield at their home ground. Besides the positive outcome for the City fans, there was another piece of good news.

After a prolonged absence from the field, Belgian midfielder Kevin De Bruyne returned. The midfielder came on in the 57th minute, replacing Jack Grealish. Within 17 minutes, he provided an assist to Jeremy Doku, who scored the fifth goal against the visitors. It's worth noting that De Bruyne was gearing up to play in the previous Premier League match against Sheffield, but Guardiola didn't bring him on. That adds up to a total of 149 days that the Belgian midfielder missed.

Recall that the footballer sustained an injury during the opening match of the current Premier League season against Burnley. Recovering from a knee ligament injury took over four months, but now Kevin will add creativity to Man City's game.
