According to The Mirror, Liverpool striker Darwin Núñez is prepared to make the switch to Serie A.
Details: The source reports that the Uruguayan is interested in joining the reigning champions of Italy. However, Napoli believes the asking price for the player is too high. Liverpool is reportedly seeking around £70 million for Núñez.
There have been no direct talks between the clubs so far. It's possible that an agreement could be reached after face-to-face negotiations.
Last season, Darwin Núñez appeared in 47 matches for Liverpool across all competitions, scoring 7 goals and providing 7 assists.
