Colombe Sportive head to Senegal to face Teungueth in CAF Champions League
The Cameroonians are travelling for the first leg of the second qualifying round of the 2026–2027 CAF Champions League.
The Colombe Sportive delegation has left Yaoundé for Dakar. The reigning champions of Cameroon’s Elite One will face Teungueth FC on Sunday 18 October. The match will be played at the Léopold Sédar Senghor Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 5pm GMT.
But ahead of 18 October, Colombe Sportive will be setting up camp in Dakar. The Cameroonian side will put the finishing touches to their preparations on Senegalese soil before taking on Teungueth FC.
The match is of crucial importance for both teams. Colombe Sportive will be looking to avoid a slip-up on this away trip. Meanwhile, Teungueth FC will be keen to capitalise on home advantage to secure a strong position ahead of the return leg in Yaoundé.
The match therefore promises to be a thrilling contest in the race to qualify for the group stage of the 2026–2027 Champions League.
