Closing ceremony of the Olympic Games: kick-off time, how to watch, Live stream & TV channel
The Summer Olympic Games in Paris are drawing to a close. Tomorrow, August 11th, athletes will compete for the final sets of medals, and in the evening, the official closing ceremony will take place.
The Olympic Games spanned seventeen days, during which 329 sets of medals, including tomorrow's events, were awarded. Throughout the competitions, several Olympic and world records were set. The Games themselves were marked by numerous scandals and amusing incidents.
The opening ceremony, held on August 26th, was a spectacular event featuring many innovations. However, the closing ceremony promises to be an equally captivating spectacle.
The ceremony, titled Records, will envision a dystopian future where the Olympic Games have vanished, and a group of cosmic beings will recreate them anew. The show will feature over a hundred performers, including acrobats, dancers, and circus artists, alongside appearances by global stars. Tom Cruise is expected to make an appearance, while Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billie Eilish, and Snoop Dogg will be performing on stage.
There will also be a presentation of the future Olympic Games, set to be held in Los Angeles in 2028. The event will be organized by Ben Winston and his Fulwell 73 studio.
If you wish to witness this celebration, you can do so from the comfort of your home. The closing ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games will be broadcast in most countries, though the broadcasters will vary depending on your location.
