Christantus Uche attracts interest from Real Sociedad

According to Soccernet.ng, Real Sociedad has shown serious interest in signing 22-year-old Getafe midfielder Christantus Uche.

Details: After an impressive debut season in La Liga, where Uche made 33 appearances and contributed to 10 goals (four goals and six assists), Real Sociedad has turned its attention to the player. The club’s sporting director, Roberto Olabe, is eager to secure Uche’s signature and finally bring him to San Sebastián after two unsuccessful attempts. Olabe made offers to Getafe during both the summer and winter transfer windows, but each time the club declined.

Uche’s current contract, which includes a €25 million release clause, runs until the summer of 2028, and it appears that Getafe is not planning to negotiate on the midfielder’s price.
