Chelsea is considering an alternative to Osimhen

Chelsea is already linked with Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen from Napoli, but there's currently no concrete information about a possible transfer. Therefore, the "Blues" have turned their attention to other candidates as alternatives.

According to GiveMeSport, Chelsea is considering the possibility of acquiring forward Artem Dovbyk from Girona in case they fail to complete the transfer of Napoli's striker. Additionally, the British club has several alternative options to bolster their attack, including Victor Gyökeres from Sporting, Lautaro Martínez from Inter, and Ivan Toney from Brentford.

In the 2023/24 season, Artem Dovbyk played 33 matches for the Spanish team, scoring 17 goals and providing 7 assists. Lautaro Martínez is currently the top scorer in the Italian Serie A by a wide margin, Gyökeres is breaking scoring records in Lisbon, and Toney has made a strong comeback after his suspension.
