Chelsea goalkeeper to go on loan to Bournemouth. Medical examination ahead


Chelsea has found a club for their Spanish goalkeeper, Kepa Arrizabalaga. He is close to joining Bournemouth, as reported by Fabrizio Romano.
This will be a one-year loan until July 2025. Additionally, he has extended his contract with Chelsea until 2026. On Monday, August 26, the 29-year-old goalkeeper will undergo a medical in Bournemouth.
It is worth noting that Bournemouth's head coach, Iraola, intended to bring in his former teammate, with whom he crossed paths at Athletic Bilbao.
Another goalkeeper that Bournemouth have been linked with recently is Arsenal player Aaron Ramsdale.
Meanwhile, Chelsea's goalkeeper, Djordje Petrović, has lost his place in the starting lineup after the arrival of the new head coach, Enzo Maresca, and will leave the club this summer. The Serbian goalkeeper will continue his career at French club Strasbourg on loan.
