Brentford officially announce the transfer of the Liverpool talent

The young midfielder Fábio Carvalho has left Liverpool on a permanent basis.

The Premier League club Brentford has officially announced the transfer of the 21-year-old Portuguese. Brentford paid £27 million plus bonuses for Carvalho's move.

Carvalho has signed a long-term contract with Brentford.

In the second half of last season, Fábio Carvalho played successfully for Hull City on loan. Prior to that, he had an unsuccessful loan spell at RB Leipzig.

For Liverpool, Carvalho played only 23 matches, scoring 3 goals.

It is worth noting that this summer, Liverpool has yet to sign any new players, and just yesterday, Real Sociedad's central midfielder Martín Zubimendi declined the club's offer.
