Betway Premiership's Sekhukhune United Cedric Kaze on appointment of his assistant Papi Zothwane

Cedric Kaze says Papi Zothwane's arrival at Sekhukhune United was it his behest.

The Burundian coach said the former Richards Bay assistant coach was someone who fitted a local coach's profile he was looking for in his technical team.

Kaze joined Babina Noko after his season-long stay at Kaizer Chiefs.

“I spoke with the management with regards to the technical team I was looking to assemble and I gave them the requirements for those positions and I led them to choose because we wanted local coaches to help us settle things,” said Kaze on Metro FM Sports show.

"Papi has the qualities to be in the set-up, and when they told me that they've chosen him I was very happy because he's been a very good player before and he has very good experience in the league and he is also a very well respected coach."
