Betway Premiership side Sekhukhune United officially announces signing of former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Rivaldo Coetzee

Rivaldo Coetzee is now officially a Sekhukhune United player.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns defender has been linked with a move to the Limpopo-based side for over a month now until announcement was made yesterday.

Coetzee, a former Bafana Bafana international, has been club less for over a year now having left Sundowns last season after injury punctuated his stay at Chloorkop.

“We are pleased to introduce the newest member of the Babina Noko family, Rivaldo Coetzee,” reads a statement by Betway Premiership side Sekhukhune United.

“The skilful defender’s experience and quality are well documented and we cannot wait for him to hit the ground running.

It will be interesting how long the player will feature under Eric Tinkler as the season is almost over with less than 10 games left.
