Betway Premiership Chippa United coach Vusumuzi Vilakazi on the club's Fifa ban: I am not aware of such a ban as the chairman has not told me anything

Vusumuzi Vilakazi said he is oblivious of the administrative matters at Chippa United are not known to him.

Vilakazi said the latest Fifa transfer ban on his side is something new to him that even club chairman, Siviwe Mpengesi, is yet to enlighten him about.

“That’s not my department; I only focus on the four lines,” Vilakazi told journalists after his side drew 1-1 against Polokwane City on Saturday night.

“Whether there is a ban or no ban, I am happy with the players that I have now, and I still feel that we will definitely run away from relegation or PSL Promotional/Relegation Playoffs with these players.

“So other issues I cannot entertain because I don’t know about them. Nobody spoke to me about such things, not even the chairman Siviwe ‘Chippa’ Mpengesi himself.”
