Bayern Munich has announced on their official website the acquisition of 22-year-old winger Bryan Zaragoza from Granada.

The player's contract with the German club will extend until June 30, 2029, and will take effect from the upcoming summer. The midfielder is set to join Munich at the start of the 2024/25 season.

In the current La Liga season, the 22-year-old Zaragozahas scored five goals and provided two assists in 14 appearances for Granada. He notably netted a brace against Barcelona in October (the match ended in a 2:2 draw).

During the same month, Zaragoza received his maiden call-up to the Spanish national team. He made his debut for the national squad in the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifier against Scotland, which ended in a 2:0 victory for Spain.

Overall, the winger has featured in 51 matches for Granada, scoring 10 goals and providing three assists.

Previously, Bayern Munich has expressed interest in reinforcing their defence with the Italian wonderkid Giorgio Scalvini from Atalanta.

Currently, being second in the Bundesliga, Bayern trails Bayer by three points, albeit having played one game less. On December 9, the Munich-based team will face Eintracht Frankfurt away from home.
