Beşiktaş appears to have finally pulled off one of this summer’s most sensational transfers.

Details: According to Turkish insider Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Beşiktaş has reached an agreement with Dušan Vlahović on a three-year contract.

This means the 26-year-old Serbian striker has taken a major step towards moving to Istanbul. However, there has not yet been an official announcement from the club regarding the signing.

Vlahović is currently a free agent after his contract with Juventus expired, so Beşiktaş will not have to pay a transfer fee for the forward.

Last season, Dušan Vlahović played 21 matches for Juventus in all competitions, scoring 8 goals. In total, the Serbian forward netted 68 times in 168 appearances for the Turin club. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is estimated at €35 million.

Vlahović began his professional career at Partizan before moving to Fiorentina in 2018. His dazzling performances in Florence earned him a transfer to Juventus, who signed him in January 2022 for around €70 million. Over his career, the Serbian has also been crowned Serbian champion and has lifted the Coppa Italia.

Reminder: Official: Arthur Masuaku returns to Turkey.
