Barcelona is intensifying its search for a striker who can step into Robert Lewandowski’s shoes by 2026.
Details: According to journalist Rudy Galetti, Inter captain Lautaro Martínez has been added to Barcelona’s transfer shortlist. Barça sporting director Deco is personally invested in securing the Argentine forward.
The transfer is complicated by the fact that the Milan club has no intention of parting ways with its leader.
According to Transfermarkt, Martínez’s market value is estimated at €85 million. This season, the Argentine striker has played seventeen matches, scoring ten goals and providing two assists.
Reminder: Barcelona dropped their interest in Julián Álvarez following his disappointing performances against the Catalans.
