Barcelona is considering the option of loaning a winger from Bayern Munich
Barcelona was unable to secure the transfer of winger Nico Williams from Athletic Bilbao, but they continue to explore options to strengthen their attacking wings.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Catalan club has turned its attention to Bayern Munich's Kingsley Coman. The Frenchman could leave the German club on loan and is on Barcelona's shortlist. However, Coman's high salary is a significant concern. Barcelona's head coach, Hansi Flick, is keen to work with the French winger once again.
Barcelona will need to compete for Coman, as Paris Saint-Germain is also interested. The French champions have already spoken with Bayern Munich and Coman's representatives. PSG is currently ahead of Barcelona in this pursuit, although the transfer is not yet imminent.
Barcelona has already completed one of its highly anticipated summer signings by officially announcing the acquisition of Dani Olmo this week.
