Barcelona are keen to sign the Spain national team stars. How much will it cost?

Throughout Euro 2024, the world has been captivated by Spain's wingers, with Lamine Yamal on the right and Nico Williams on the left. Both players have been extraordinary, relentlessly tormenting opposing defenses.

There is a possibility that we might witness this duo at the club level as well, with Barcelona showing keen interest in signing Nico Williams.

However, acquiring Williams will require a substantial fee. His release clause is set at €57 million, and Athletic Bilbao is unwilling to let him go for less. The club is confident in retaining their star player:

"Interest is normal, but Nico is very happy in Bilbao, and we are very satisfied with him. We are not worried", – stated Athletic's president, Jon Uriarte.

It is well-known that Williams has admired Barcelona since childhood and is eager to join the club. Hansi Flick is also highly interested in this transfer.

In the recently concluded season, Nico Williams played 37 matches for Athletic in all competitions, scoring 8 goals and providing 17 assists.
