Arsenal star decides against undergoing back surgery

France and Arsenal centre-back William Saliba suffered a back injury during a World Cup match and has now decided how he will treat the problem.

Details: According to L'Équipe, the defender has decided against undergoing surgery on his back. However, he will still be sidelined for several months because of the injury.

We previously reported that Atlético Madrid and Arsenal had reached an agreement over the transfer of Julián Álvarez. The clubs agreed on a fee of €50 million plus Viktor Gyökeres.
