Arsenal is finalizing the paperwork for the transfer of a goalkeeper

Arsenal is in the final stages of completing the acquisition of goalkeeper David Raya from Brentford.
According to football insider Fabrizio Romano, the Gunners are completing the paperwork to officially finalize the deal for the Spanish goalkeeper.
Previously, it was reported that the full transfer of the goalkeeper would cost the Gunners £27 million.
The Spanish goalkeeper was loaned to Arsenal last summer. Subsequently, he displaced Ramsdale as Arsenal's goalkeeper. Raya played 39 matches in all competitions, conceding 30 goals with 19 clean sheets.
Raya was awarded the Premier League Golden Glove for the 2023/24 season, which is annually presented to the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets in the English championship. In the current campaign, David has kept 15 clean sheets in the Premier League.
