Yesterday, in the 26th round of the English Premier League, Arsenal visited Newcastle.

The "Gunners" completely dominated the field, outplaying their opponents in all aspects, and at the end of the match, the scoreboard showed a score of 4-1. It's worth noting that prior to this, Arsenal defeated West Ham (6-0) and Burnley (5-0).

Such a performance by the team delighted Arsenal's head coach, Mikel Arteta. He stated that he was impressed by the team's off-the-ball play, which was exactly what they lacked during their defeat to Porto in the Champions League Round of 16.

Speaking on BBC Match of the Day after the game, Arteta said:

"I'm very pleased with the performance against Newcastle, who are a really good team. The guys were really good, very aggressive, and we deserved the win. Newcastle has a lot of resources to cause problems, but we kept the same spirit, maintained the rhythm, and it was enjoyable to watch the team play.

We are very happy, and we need to keep doing what we are doing well. There are still things we can do better, and we are recovering players from injuries, so it's a big incentive. In the game against Porto, we played better with the ball, but also without it. It was a big lesson, and we can learn a lot from these moments."

Arsenal has two Premier League matches ahead, and then on March 12, they will face Porto away and try to make a comeback to secure a spot in the quarter-finals.
