Arne Slot Praises Salah as a Role Model, Compares Him to Ronaldo

Mohamed Salah has been commended by Liverpool boss Arne Slot for his intelligence and ability to position himself on the field. Slot told the British daily "Mirror" that Salah is still very successful and has a significant influence at the age of thirty-two.

"Salah is incredibly smart and experienced. He knows exactly where the ball will land, and that’s a huge advantage for him," Slot said.

He added: "Just look at his second goal against Everton last Thursday. He is not the only player who does this—take Cristiano Ronaldo at 40 or Virgil van Dijk. They serve as role models for younger players.

Slot said that he is uncertain how long the Egyptian star will stay at Anfield, but he underlined that Salah should teach Liverpool's younger players while he is still with the team.

Leading the Premier League, making it to the EFL Cup final, and making it to the Round of 16 of the Champions League, Liverpool is having a great season right now.
