As 2024 comes to a close, football organizations are beginning to summarize the year's highlights. The latest is the International Federation of Professional Footballers (FIFPRO), which has unveiled the list of nominees for the team of the year.
Details: Surprisingly, legendary players Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, who no longer play in Europe, made it to the list of nominees.
Nominees for the team of the year:
