Another Real Madrid match brought more racist shouts against Vinícius Júnior
In yesterday's 29th round match of the Spanish La Liga, Real Madrid visited Osasuna.
The encounter concluded with a triumph for "Los Blancos" by a scoreline of 4-2, with Vinícius Júnior emerging as the star of the match by netting a brace.
However, not all was pleasant for the Brazilian in this fixture. He once again found himself facing an unpleasant situation involving the spectators.
The Brazilian experienced yet another uncomfortable encounter with the stands. Fans of the opposing team once again allowed themselves to shout racist insults.
Cameras and microphones from Movistar LaLiga captured the moment when part of the Osasuna supporters chanted "Vinicius, d*e".
This began even before the first goal. At that point, Dani Carvajal gestured towards referee Martinez Munuera. He pointed to his ear, urging the referee to listen to the stands. However, Martinez Munuera himself did not mention this in his match report. In the section dedicated to the crowd, the referee wrote: "Normal".
It's worth reminding that this is not the first instance of racist abuse directed at Vinícius Júnior. Previously, he stated that he would take legal action against Atlético Madrid and Barcelona. Furthermore, he called on UEFA to punish Atlético fans who insulted him on racial grounds.
