AmaZulu striker Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya reacts to his PSL Player of the Month gong

Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya has expressed delight at his PSL Player of the Month Award for August.

The AmaZulu striker has been in impressive form for Usuthu this season which has seen him score six goals in all competitions so far this season.

And today, the Zimbabwean-born marksman was announced as the PSL's most outstanding player for the month of August.

“I just want to say thank you for the award, also I want to thank my teammates and the technical team cause I wouldn’t do it without them,” said Ngwenya to iDiskiTimes.

“I do believe that they also contributed so much in this.”

This weekend Usuthu face Marumo Gallants where Ngwenya will be a marked man.
