Al-Wydad in Group VII of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025

After beating Al Ahly of Egypt in the final of the African Champions League by two goals to none 2022, Al-Wydad recorded his presence twice in the Club World Cup tournament under the old system, the first in the 2017 edition when he finished sixth and the second in the 2022 edition, and then exited the first round by losing to Al-Hilal.

5 Arab teams are participating in the tournament, out of 32 teams that will appear in the next edition with its new system.

The draw put Al-Wydad club in a difficult group, which includes another Arab team, namely the Emirati Al Ain, and the task will be difficult for the Arab duo, in light of their falling with Manchester City and Juventus in Group VII.
