In the fifth round of the Champions League, Liverpool will host Dutch side PSV. Even before kick-off, Liverpool faced a fresh personnel setback. Goalkeeper Alisson, who had only just returned from injury, will not be available to help the team.
Details: According to Liverpool Echo, Liverpool's goalkeeper Alisson Becker will miss the match against PSV due to illness. The Brazilian made his return to the pitch in Saturday’s Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest after nearly two months out with a muscle injury, but today he is once again unable to feature for the Reds.

The starting lineup for Liverpool is as follows:
Liverpool’s head coach Arne Slot will provide an update on Alisson’s condition on Thursday, ahead of the Premier League away fixture against West Ham. For now, Georgian goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili will step in between the posts.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 21:00 Central European Time.
