After the victory, Canelo, Crawford and Turki Al ash-Sheikh challenged him to a fight
Last night in Las Vegas, USA, a boxing event took place, headlined by Saúl "Canelo" Álvarez defending his WBC/WBA/WBO super middleweight titles against Edgar Berlanga. Simultaneously, UFC 306 was held, with world champion in four weight classes, American Terence Crawford, attending alongside Saudi boxing investor Turki Al Al-Sheikh.
After learning of Canelo's victory, Crawford publicly called out the Mexican star for a fight, backed by Al Al-Sheikh.
Details: During the UFC event, Crawford and Al Al-Sheikh were informed of Canelo’s successful title defense. Without hesitation, they began challenging Canelo to a bout. Crawford, determined, received vocal support from the Saudi investor.

Quote: “Turki, tell them we’re going to fight Canelo next,” Crawford said to his companion.
“Yes! Let’s go! Canelo, come on! We’re ready!” Al Al-Sheikh chimed in.
“Canelo-Crawford – this is the biggest fight in boxing. We’re standing by,” the boxer added.
Reminder: Canelo had previously addressed the possibility of a fight with Crawford, stating that he would easily defeat the American, though he wasn't personally interested in the matchup. At the same time, the Mexican champion had expressed his desire to face Conor McGregor in the ring.
