Abdeslam Ouaddou believes Sebastian Pederson is going to be a hit in the PSL for Orlando Pirates
Sebastian Pederson is not going to find it hard adapting to life in the Betway Premiership.
The Norwegian striker made his PSL debut for the defending champions Orlando Pirates last Saturday against Sekhukhune United and his coach has backed him for a good spell.
“Every league has its own specifics, and we don't have to think just because a player comes from a European league that it would be easy here. The PSL is a high level, there's speed and organisation,” said Ouaddou on the striker.
"I'm sure he'll adapt quickly, and we will help him in this new environment."
"I'm sure that he will help the team. Even when you have such quality you need to be well prepared and up for the challenge physically. We are still working with him to get his fitness up for my game model. He needs to increase his physical work in order for him to shine and show his quality."
Pirates face Sekhukhune United in a PSL match this evening where Pederson is expected to shine at Orlando Amstel Arena.
The match starts at 7.30pm.
