Polish climber updated her own world record in speed climbing

On Monday, August 5th, the qualification round for the Olympic speed climbing competition took place.

Polish athlete Aleksandra Mirosław set a world record. On her first attempt, she completed the climb in 6.21 seconds, setting a new record. However, she returned for a second attempt and further improved her own record to 6.06 seconds.

Additionally, 24-year-old American swimmer Robert Finke won the Olympic gold in the men's 1500m freestyle. In the final, he achieved a time of 14:30.67, setting a new world record.

It is worth noting that on Monday, August 5, the triathlon competition concluded with an incredible finish and a photo finish decision.
