Another Real Madrid player is leaving the club to continue his career in Qatar. This time, it’s striker Joselu.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Los Blancos activated the buyout clause for the player from Espanyol for €1.5 million and sold him for the same amount to Qatari club Al-Gharafa. Joselu will sign a two-year contract with his new team.

Additionally, Real Madrid legend and captain Nacho has officially left the club to join Saudi Arabian team Al-Qadsiah. The club announced that the Spanish footballer has signed a two-year contract.

Joselu played for Real Madrid on loan from Espanyol. The Madrid club had a buyout option, and Carlo Ancelotti wanted to keep him, but Joselu decided to start a new chapter in his career.

In the recently concluded season, the 34-year-old striker primarily came off the bench, yet he managed to score 17 goals in 40 matches. His most crucial goals for Real Madrid were the two he scored in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final against Bayern Munich, which propelled Madrid to the final.
