A Saudi Arabian club has made an official €60 million bid for Manchester City midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, and the deal is now close to completion.

Details: According to insider Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, negotiations are in their final stages. The 28-year-old Dutchman found himself sidelined following Enzo Maresca's arrival, and the club has put him on the transfer list and is open to offers. Newcastle and Nottingham Forest previously showed interest in Reijnders, but City's €50 million valuation proved too high for Premier League clubs to meet.

But in England, he never managed to secure a regular starting spot—his playing time dwindled month by month.
