45 million on the table! Galatasaray make official offer to Arsenal for Martinelli

Galatasaray have today sent Arsenal an official €45 million bid for Gabriel Martinelli.

Details: According to insider Florian Plettenberg, the Brazilian winger has become the top transfer priority for the Turkish champions this summer. Previously, Galatasaray tested the waters with a €40 million offer, but have now raised the stakes. However, a move to the Emirates is far from certain: British media report that Arsenal value Martinelli at €45–50 million and will not let him go without securing a replacement first.

Martinelli's position under Arteta has indeed become shaky: the 25-year-old Brazilian has lost his spot in the starting eleven, and with his contract expiring in the summer of 2027, this could be Arsenal's last chance to cash in.
