2026 FIFA World Cup: Three African Nations Officially Eliminated From the Tournament

The number of African representatives at the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been reduced after three nations officially exited the competition.

Tunisia, South Africa, and Ivory Coast have all seen their World Cup journeys come to an end following disappointing results in the tournament.

Tunisia were unable to progress beyond the group stage, while South Africa and Ivory Coast were knocked out in the Round of 32 after falling to Canada and Norway, respectively.
