Manchester City are set to shake up the transfer market with another blockbuster move.

Details: According to David Ornstein, Manchester City are pushing hard to sign 18-year-old Lille and Morocco midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi. The Citizens are now among the frontrunners in the chase for one of Europe's most talked-about young talents.

Meanwhile, despite previous rumors, PSG are no longer in the running for the transfer. That leaves Manchester City with one less serious rival in the race.

The main stumbling block remains the player's price tag. To seal the deal, the English club will need to fork out around €100 million—the very sum Lille are demanding for their academy product.

It's worth noting that Bouaddi made his debut for Lille's first team at the age of 16, and played his first Champions League match on his 17th birthday.

Reminder: Official: Manchester City sign the next Yamal!
