Manchester City have landed one of the brightest young talents in English football.

Details: The Citizens have officially announced the signing of 17-year-old winger Jeremy Monga from Leicester. The young star has put pen to paper on a long-term deal with his new club, tying him down until the summer of 2031.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the transfer fee could reach up to £10 million, taking into account all agreed bonuses.

Monga is regarded as one of the most promising English players of his generation. At Manchester City, there are high hopes that the young winger can emulate the meteoric rise of Lamine Yamal and break into the first team in the coming years.

It's worth noting that last season Jeremy Monga made 27 appearances in the Championship, scoring once and providing two assists. He also became the youngest goal scorer in the history of the competition, surpassing Jude Bellingham's record.

Reminder: Here we go. Manchester City snatches 16-year-old Leicester talent from Arsenal.
