Zimbabwe's star happy with progress after injury

Zimbabwe's star and Luton Town midfielder expressed his great happiness to return to play again with after the tough injury he had.

Marvelous Nakamba he is the captain of the Zimbabwe team and the 30-year-old participated after a period of absence and spoke about the positives feelings that happened to him after returning and beating Hull City with a clean goal in the English Championship.

Nakamba played twice for Zimbabwe in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers against Kenya and Cameroon during the international break, “The most important thing was to get a positive result. Going into the next match, it's a good feeling. I think we needed the maximum points today” said the 30-year-old, who missed the second half of last season following knee surgery.
