PSG midfielder and French national team player Warren Zaire-Emery started in the national team's lineup for the Euro 2024 qualifying match against Gibraltar. This marks his debut for the national team.

The 17-year-old footballer became the youngest player in history to play for the French national team. Prior to this, he represented the U-16, U-17, U-18, U-19, and U-21 teams.

Before him, the youngest in the national team's history was Eduardo Camavinga, who made his debut at 17 years, 9 months, and 29 days.
