"You're not you when you're hungry." José Mourinho stars in hilarious Snickers ad with Vikings

Fenerbahçe head coach José Mourinho has taken center stage in a hilarious new commercial for the legendary Snickers chocolate bar. The Portuguese manager shared the video on his Instagram page.

In the ad, Mourinho acts as the coach of a team of Vikings, eager for battle, and must devise the perfect tactics for victory. José selects one of the Vikings as his lone striker in a 4-5-1 formation, only to realize it was a tactical blunder.

Then, one of the Vikings approaches Mourinho, hands him a Snickers bar, and tells him he needs to eat it—because when you're hungry, you're off your game. After eating the Snickers, José transforms into one of the Vikings himself, and the whole crowd charges into battle with a mighty roar.

It's worth noting that Mourinho has struggled to find success at the helm of Fenerbahçe this season. The team failed to capture the Turkish Cup, losing in the quarterfinals to archrivals Galatasaray. The Canaries also lost out on the league title to the same rivals, finishing second and trailing the leaders by eight points.

Recall that the Portuguese manager took charge of Fenerbahçe last summer, after spending three years at the helm of Italian side Roma.
